I have not posted any updates in a long time. Since the October 11, I had been focused on putting together an independent media platform.
I am happy to announce that it has been coming together very well and that we will be officially launching on January 2015.

To Connect

BEFORE WE MEDITATE, DO ANY ALIGNMENTS, ACTIVATIONS, INNER UNIFICATION, ASSIST OTHERS OR ANY SORT OF ENERGY WORK AS WELL AS WHEN YOU FEEL DISCONNECTED OR TO BEGIN YOUR DAY; IT IS IMPORTANT TO CONNECT FIRST. YOU WILL KNOW WITHIN WHEN YOU NO LONGER NEED TO CONSCIOUSLY DO THIS.
THIS IS IN THREE STEPS:
1. Connecting to all the outer Suns, Inner Earth Sun and your own Inner Sun and being like a tree as the cosmic energies flow through you both ways from the Source to the Inner Earth Sun and back through the Sun within you.
2. Being in your Earthsun Body as all your energy bodies and physical body are one with the Earths. You become a tuning folk open to the new light codes and your physical body and energies bodies stay strong.
3. Being one with the Galactic Core, from where you came and where you go, the stillness where all is manifest through the core of you, your heart centre.
STEP 1: CONNECTING THE SUNS
I work with the Source energy through the Suns and Earth, in this way I am going direct, which is simple and clear and one cannot get caught up in old paradigm energies and aspects of duality that may not be conscious.
With your prayer and intention know that you are connected to the Source of all that is, through the Greater Central Sun, Central Sun, Second Sun and Sun as the golden light that illuminates from the Source through the Suns and illuminates down through your higher chakras in through the crown, down through your head....down your neck…chest and into your heart.....In your heart is the Sun of your true self, solar self, divine essence that connects you to the Source of all that is...Be aware of the warm soft glowing golden light in your heart as it illuminates out through your body...then down through your pelvis…legs...feet and into the earth...Down through the earth and into the Inner Earth and the Sun in the Inner Earth, as you connect to the centre of the Earth.....
Then be aware of the beautiful earth energy as it flows back through from the Inner Earth Sun, up through the Earth...In through your feet....legs...pelvis...body and into your heart as your heart is the doorway that connects Heaven and Earth within you...As the earth energy flows up through your chest...neck…head ....out your crown and higher chakras....through the Suns and back to Source...as you are one with the Earth and Source merged though you......
The beautiful vessel that allows the energies to flow both ways..........Then breathe in the earth and become one with the earth....breathe in the sky and become one with the sky....Breathe in and as you breathe out the earth and sky merge within you.....be open to the flow of your life force energy as it flows from the earth star chakra up through your base...central channel...out your crown and settles back at your heart as it opens the doorway of your heart....
STEP 2: BEING YOUR EARTHSUN BODY
This step in being really connected is to have all our energy bodies and physical body connected with the Earth and the Inner Earth Sun. We are doing this in our Earthsun Body; that assists us to be clear and is a tuning rod that is connecting our physical, etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies with those bodies of the Earth.
This is especially important if you are a healer, teacher or you give a lot of your energies and self in assisting others who vibrate in lower frequencies than yourself. Even though you channel the Source energy you are still human and can get affected without even realising.
Also important when you are doing your own inner healing to be fully connected, or doing your own inner healing.

EXERCISE TO OPEN UP TO THE EARTHSUN BODY

Align and connect through prayer and intention to Source, in Divine Love and Oneness, through the Sun, Central Sun and Greater Central Sun as the Golden Light from Source illuminates through the Suns and down through your Crown, down through into your Heart. You become aware of the radiant Sun in your Heart, your connection to the Source within you, as the warm glowing Golden Light illuminates from your Heart out through your body, down your pelvis, legs, feet and into the Earth, to the very core of the Earth. As you become aware of the Sun in the centre of the Earth and connect into the centre of the Earth. Then aware of the beautiful earth energy as it flows up from the core of the Earth, through the earth in through your feet, legs, pelvis, body and into your heart. You are one with the centre of the Earth through the doorway of your heart, as the earth energy flows up your chest, neck, head, out your crown and back to Source.
You are the doorway that allows the energies to flow through you both ways, through your heart and body.
Be aware of your connection to the Earth….. take your awareness down into the Inner Earth Sun, in the centre of the Earth…..as it illuminates up through the earth and into the Earth Star Chakra, then up into the Link Chakra and into your Base, Sacral and Solar Plexus Chakras, until it moves into the Soulight Chakra, half-way between the Solar Plexus and the Heart Chakra……..
Be aware that the Inner Earth Sun is in your Soulight Chakra……
Deep breathe in as you connect deeper into your centre….into the Sun in your Heart…warm and glowing, soft and loving….Now be aware of the Sun in the sky… as you greet it… its golden rays illuminate down through the Cosmic Gateway and down through Universal Gateway, Stellar Gateway, Soul Star and into the Crown, then down the Central Channel through the Causal Chakra, Frontal, Third Eye, Throat, Thymus, and into your Heart…..As the outer and inner Sun are One…….
With the Sun in your Heart and the Inner Earth Sun in the Soulight Chakra….become aware of the energy flowing between the two in a figure 8……..As the energies of the two Chakras and Suns merge, an energy body is created from the union of the Sun and Inner Earth Sun within you, the Earthsun Body…..Allow its energy to align and unify through you……..As it expands your awareness.....activates the DNA divine light codes.....As it strengthens and connects your energy bodies, they are refreshed, revitalised, rejuvenated.... as your physical body is one with the Earth's physical body...As your etheric body is one with the Earth's etheric body.....As your emotional bodies are one with the Earth's emotional bodies.....As your mental bodies are one with the Earth's mental bodies......As your spiritual bodies are one with the Earth's spiritual bodies.......
Your Earthsun Body connects you one with the Earth.....you are a tuning folk, as your consciousness is expanded....bringing more clarity and allowing.......Your Earthsun Body assists with unlimited awareness, and being your body of light, master of yourself, refreshed, revitalised, physically immortal, the divine being you truly are.
STEP 3: THE GALACTIC CENTRE WITHIN
Having awareness of the Galactic Centre within is very helpful for all inner work, healing, meditation, activating, awakening, anchoring and unifying.
Since the Great Shift at the 21st December Solstice 2012 into the time of the Sixth Sun and the Earth and our Solar Systems alignment with the Galactic Centre. The cross over point and cosmic cross, the pulse of light and consciousness that comes to us from the Galactic Centre, it is now directly within us.
The cross over point of the Galactic Core and our heart centre are all one, with the Inner Earth Sun.
On the very next day December 22nd 2012 I became aware that the Inner Earth Sun and our Earthsun Body had shifted frequency and are now Liquid Light Plasma.
Previous to the shift we connected to the outer Galactic Centre to feel the light pulse and consciousness coming from it. Then the cross over within the heart centre, as we went within the crossover point in our heart and then moved through the Galactic Centre. Now it is no longer on any outer plane but fully within our heart chakra and our centre, as we are one with the heart of the Galactic Core and the heart of the Earth.
This has always been so, but most people were still perceiving things as more outside the self before the Great Shift. Now we are in the era of unity consciousness and being from our heart, one with the divine Creator more fully as we integrate into our higher dimensional self.
NOW BECOME AWARE OF THE GALACTIC CENTRE WITHIN
Breathe deeply into yourself as each breath takes you deeper and deeper into your Heart......into the stillness…….
Be open to the pulse of Light and Consciousness that illuminates from the Galactic Centre, within you for this day.
……Feel the Light pulses for this day.
As you go deeper into your heart, into the stillness….. the cross over point within your heart…..Into the centre of the crossover point in our Galaxy…..all one…….The inner and outer are one……
You go deeper and deeper into yourself……..into the cross-over point within you…..within the Galactic Centre….Into the stillness and absolute peace, the void……
As you merge one with the Galactic Centre and allow yourself to be....
If you choose; opening up to the New Creation, the New Earth, that is created from your love, from your heart, the centre of the Galaxy and beyond, the Source of all flows eternally through your heart.

Activating the Divine Feminine
THIS MEDITATION IS IN TWO PARTS.
The purpose of this event is to completely balance the Earth's Masculine and feminine energy FREE ENERGY.

We begin by being in the heart space/love vibration. This is most important !!! Choose a Divine Feminine being that you most connect to....and connect. Feel your own merkaba field .

Once you have a sense of your merkaba field and have it spinning in balance with clockwise and counter clock wise..( this is now in state of balance and harmony with the male/ female energy)
Connect and activate the Arc of Covenant..This is the control panel to the Pyramid and begins our work.....
Take yourself to the Great pyramid in Giza, Egypt. Now that you have watched the video above you will have a clear idea of the concept and the next steps..we are now activating the pyramid's generating design using the power of intent, coil generator techniques and merkaba field. Most important is again being in your heart , feeling Love for All Mother Earth and Humanity. Activate the Merkaba field around the Pyramid. As you work with the coil is is "very " important to have the spirals moving equal..balanced feminine and masculine... Stay with this until you feel a strong and solid connection/activation....and always connecting to Mother Earth. Do these same steps for all three Pyramids.
Next, we go to all 10 Vile Vortices on the Earth ..There is a map provided in postings..The same activation technique for each for each Vortex.
Once you have completed this..see all the spirals moving upwards and down into the Earth.. See the spirals Gold crystalline light !!! The balanced feminine and Masculine can now be moved through ALL THE LEY LINES encompassing the Earth.. Add The Violet flame into your work transmuting as we are clearing, balancing and purifying the ley lines....

ACTIVATING THE DIVINE FEMININ PRINCIPAL TOWARDS FULL GALACTIC DISCLOSURE.
First some energetic information to understand how energy flows.Keeping it simple for many to understand.
The NOW moment.
On the surface of the planet we reside between the energies of 2 suns:the outer sun in our sky and the inner sun of hollow earth.
When we are in alignment with the light of source both spirals connect in the heart space.When we ground ourselves we feel the energy of mother earth coming op through our feet(extended root chakras).At that moment we are connected to the light of Gaia and her leylines.The leylines which are activated by the sun of hollow earth.We let this energy come up to all our chakras above the root chakra:the sacral chakra,solar plxus and then to the heart. At this moment we are in alignment with mother earth.In this energy flow the downwards spiral automatically connects in the heartspace through the LAW OF ATTRACTION...ALIKES ATTRACT.We are the amplifiers of light between the 2 suns.
The Upwards spiral of mother earth is strongly connected to the male principal in the human form:The heart chakra and the chakra below.In other words.the knowledge how to manifest into reality.
The downwards spiral contain the energies of the female principal,Coming in through the Crownchakra,then activating the pineal gland.the higher heart chakra/thymus(knowing of higher dimensions/connection to higher self)) and then the 2 spirals making a connection in the sacred heartspace.
This is what they call a vertical alignment,letting the light connect all the chakras and bringing the information down into reality..expressing it horizontally into reality by SHARING.In this alignment you are in a protective pillar of light.In a perfect torodial field.
This is the perfect vertical alinment pinealgland,heart and sacral chakra connection.Knowing what has to be done at that moment.You feel and then think...what to do..manifest.

Why it is much easier for a woman to be in alignment and how can a man achieve the same alignment?.
The difference: A woman has a womb.The energies of the womb have the energies of the infinit field of potentials(universe).It must have this to develop life and give birth to a being with full consiousness/all dna activated).A human is born withh full consiousness.During our life dna becomes dormant/not activated) ...fades.Because it is not used/enlightened.
A woman has the energies of source vibrating within and act more within the vertical alignment and listens to what FEELS right to do.She does it consiously and in many cases unconsiously...listening to the GUT feeling as they say.
If a man wants to experience this alignment more,he has to consioussly connect to mother earth(same energies as the womb) and the upwards spiral and draw this energy into the sacral chakra, to enlighten the feelings(knowing,dna) of compassion,empathy and nuturing.

Micro to Macro: Assisting the Acceleration
Blessings Beloveds,
The accelerated timeline which HUmanity and Gaia activated last month, triggered by a cosmic alignment for a Pure Source Light Intelligence Gateway, provides new layers of possibility for HUmanity’s Ascension. While we shifted to the primary timeline of Ascension many years ago, we continually choose the secondary timelines of our collective experience. We do this as a collective, with the leadership of Wayshowers and those carrying a 5D/6D vibration in their energy fields, to draw the collective experience up into an accelerated Ascension experience.
It is a highly creative passage; the timeline Shift of October brought forth creative stimulation and an active energy. It is a great turning-up on the volume of the Shift, and as Wayshowers we take the lead in participating with these new dynamics.
Accelerated Timeline: Higher Choices
As always, our Ascension experience depends upon Micro (personal choice) level, and Macro (planetary) level as collective activity. These reflect the greater choices of the Macrocosm of Source, Universe, and Galaxy, but let us focus on our local neighborhood for the moment.
Our accelerated timeline provides strong support for action in alignment with the New Light. This continues throughout the Shift, however the recent timeline jump may be giving you the go, go, go for creative activity. Simultaneously, we have a few very physical effects of the timeline acceleration.
Golden Race DNA template activation. Templates stored as holographic imprints within the planet were amplified during this timeline jump of last October. Technically, they activated during the Eclipse-Blood Moon gateways which began last March, and continue through September 2015. The Eclipse-Blood Moon gateways act like a sieve for energies, each gateway getting shorter, more precise, more focused on seeking and finding prepared vessels for Divine HUman Golden Race embodiment. These templates now serve as a grid system, working in harmony with the 5D/6D crystalline grid. It is yet another support system for our Ascension to a more multidimensional DNA.
Pliable Time Dynamics and Creativity. Time, as movement through layers of light, affects our collective experience. It establishes parameters for our dimensional bandwidth. As we accelerate to a higher dimension, our experience of time becomes more pliable as our vibrational rate increases. Time seems to speed by, then crawl, and sometimes disappear altogether. That has been going on for a while, however there may be dramatic shifts in your perception of time.
Remember that as we engage with higher layers of future possibility, we rewrite our past possibilities. It all gets very harmonious as we create and re-create our personal and planetary timelines. You see this in your own lifestream as you process and clear emotions; expect to see this on a planetary level as we move through the last passages of the Shift.
Part of this time pliability includes a sense of nonattachment, as if anything we are inspired to do may not manifest at all, or simply is not needed. It can make the creative flow feel futile; as if the creation is done already, yet it is not manifest in form. The layers of possibility stimulate our creative ideas, yet the Unity consciousness aspect gives us the sensation that it is already accomplished because someone, somewhere has created it already. It may be multidimensional you, or another being on the planet. We are harmonizing as One, morphing our ideas and creations in alignment with the New Light in the Now. Have fun with this. Alignment with Divine Flow brings blessed creations with ease; missed opportunities or forcing a direction can cause suffering. You may have noticed your Higher levels encouraging creative activity. The purpose is to align and actively engage with your true Creator-In-Carnate self.
Revelation. This may apply to health issues, personal issues, emotional wounding, relationships, or revelations from others. Accept all of it, rewrite your beliefs and behavior to align with the truth, and do not delay processing/clearing anything that comes up. You have to feel the revelation in order to release the old experience and move forward, as opposed to looping in past beliefs or behaviors.
Planetary detox. As always we support the detoxification of the planet, kingdoms, elementals and HUmanity with our own personal dedication to detoxifying and honoring our bodies, energy fields, thoughts, emotions, homes, land, community, all that is. Respect and bless all the elements within, especially water which plays a vital role on this planet.
Micro to Macro: Accelerating Disclosure
Timeline acceleration includes an acceleration of disclosure and reevaluation of monetary systems. It is quite foolish to wait for dark team players to reveal anything. The participation of grounded teams with the higher realms in creating new systems which serve all of Humanity will provide a best-case-scenario for disclosure. The levels of forgiveness, compassion, and divine neutrality upon this planet compliment our progress. We need to have critical mass which agrees with disclosure on all levels; micro and macro.
Most of us understand that a radical change in monetary systems and the reevaluation of currencies upon this planet – especially in the US – will be a challenging passage. The higher realms appeal to those who carry the New Light of service and clarity: Please assist the progress of disclosure by applying the micro-to-macro dynamics. Think Global, act local. Remember this isn’t confession energy (not good or bad), it is simply speaking your truth with transparency.
Some prompts for personal disclosure: What have you not disclosed in your own lifestream?
What secrets do you still keep hidden from others? Is there a last hand waiting to be revealed from you?
Can you express your fears?
What can you share openly to reveal your true self to those around you?
Can you reveal your personal ideas about money, government, ETs, or personal issues without causing injury or embarrassment, or do certain areas of your life stay hidden? Why would you expect others to do that, if you cannot?
How forgiving are you of others, or yourself? Have you attained Divine Neutrality?
The energy of personal revelation, when shared openly, honestly, with integrity, love and in service to all, energetically supports those in roles of leadership – government, finance, corporations – who have the challenging task of disclosure at hand. Even one small revelation of truth to a friend can support this energy. That’s you revealing you to another person; the microcosm of large organizations coming forward and revealing the truth.
Reevaluate your own interests: Are they in alignment with the highest interest of the planet, humanity, kingdoms, elementals? Face the fear of disclosure in your own lifestream in order to support a quickening of those dynamics on a planetary level. Everyone is involved in disclosure; it is not us versus them. Disclosure and reevaluation have been delayed by the collective decision to hide secrets or tell half-truths.
Light-ground *coming out* speeches for your government representatives or key players. How would you present what needs to be said? How would you infuse those words with compassion, in the highest interests of all concerned? What revelations could come to light without creating chaos? Try this, it is a great exercise in Divine Neutrality. Write it down, share it. It creates the energy of movement toward disclosure, and ideas for how to handle the fallout.
Those of us working alongside the higher realms understand that we are creating the most complimentary Shift for everyone. We understand that the idea of change is still very scary to most of the population. Change this energy. Shift the collective consciousness to revelation, disclosure, and reevaluation of systems, by actively choosing to reveal your own truth, personal truths, engaging in acts of forgiveness and personal clemency.
New Paradigm Alignment
As we enter the holiday season, be sure to align your purchases, activities, and social interactions with the new acceleration. Money is energy, and maintains a powerful vibration for many upon this planet. When this energy is applied with positive intention, it Shifts the flow to a higher vibration. Send this positive energy – your vote, your agreement – to services and products in alignment with the New Paradigm. It not only aligns you with Ascension, it assists the collective Ascension and raises the vibration of our planetary consciousness. It is very important to demonstrate your agreements in a physical, light-grounded way as this higher timeline acceleration anchors into our collective consciousness.

Simultaneously, we have a few very physical effects of the timeline acceleration.
Golden Race DNA template activation. Templates stored as holographic imprints within the planet were amplified during this timeline jump of last October. Technically, they activated during the Eclipse-Blood Moon gateways which began last March, and continue through September 2015. The Eclipse-Blood Moon gateways act like a sieve for energies, each gateway getting shorter, more precise, more focused on seeking and finding prepared vessels for Divine HUman Golden Race embodiment. These templates now serve as a grid system, working in harmony with the 5D/6D crystalline grid. It is yet another support system for our Ascension to a more multidimensional DNA.
Pliable Time Dynamics and Creativity. Time, as movement through layers of light, affects our collective experience. It establishes parameters for our dimensional bandwidth. As we accelerate to a higher dimension, our experience of time becomes more pliable as our vibrational rate increases. Time seems to speed by, then crawl, and sometimes disappear altogether. That has been going on for a while, however there may be dramatic shifts in your perception of time.
Remember that as we engage with higher layers of future possibility, we rewrite our past possibilities. It all gets very harmonious as we create and re-create our personal and planetary timelines. You see this in your own lifestream as you process and clear emotions; expect to see this on a planetary level as we move through the last passages of the Shift.
Part of this time pliability includes a sense of nonattachment, as if anything we are inspired to do may not manifest at all, or simply is not needed. It can make the creative flow feel futile; as if the creation is done already, yet it is not manifest in form. The layers of possibility stimulate our creative ideas, yet the Unity consciousness aspect gives us the sensation that it is already accomplished because someone, somewhere has created it already. It may be multidimensional you, or another being on the planet. We are harmonizing as One, morphing our ideas and creations in alignment with the New Light in the Now. Have fun with this. Alignment with Divine Flow brings blessed creations with ease; missed opportunities or forcing a direction can cause suffering. You may have noticed your Higher levels encouraging creative activity. The purpose is to align and actively engage with your true Creator-In-Carnate self.
Revelation. This may apply to health issues, personal issues, emotional wounding, relationships, or revelations from others. Accept all of it, rewrite your beliefs and behavior to align with the truth, and do not delay processing/clearing anything that comes up. You have to feel the revelation in order to release the old experience and move forward, as opposed to looping in past beliefs or behaviors.
Planetary detox. As always we support the detoxification of the planet, kingdoms, elementals and HUmanity with our own personal dedication to detoxifying and honoring our bodies, energy fields, thoughts, emotions, homes, land, community, all that is. Respect and bless all the elements within, especially water which plays a vital role on this planet.
Micro to Macro: Accelerating Disclosure
Timeline acceleration includes an acceleration of disclosure and reevaluation of monetary systems. It is quite foolish to wait for dark team players to reveal anything. The participation of grounded teams with the higher realms in creating new systems which serve all of Humanity will provide a best-case-scenario for disclosure. The levels of forgiveness, compassion, and divine neutrality upon this planet compliment our progress. We need to have critical mass which agrees with disclosure on all levels; micro and macro.
Most of us understand that a radical change in monetary systems and the reevaluation of currencies upon this planet – especially in the US – will be a challenging passage. The higher realms appeal to those who carry the New Light of service and clarity: Please assist the progress of disclosure by applying the micro-to-macro dynamics. Think Global, act local. Remember this isn’t confession energy (not good or bad), it is simply speaking your truth with transparency.
Some prompts for personal disclosure: What have you not disclosed in your own lifestream?
What secrets do you still keep hidden from others? Is there a last hand waiting to be revealed from you?
Can you express your fears?
What can you share openly to reveal your true self to those around you?
Can you reveal your personal ideas about money, government, ETs, or personal issues without causing injury or embarrassment, or do certain areas of your life stay hidden? Why would you expect others to do that, if you cannot?
How forgiving are you of others, or yourself? Have you attained Divine Neutrality?
The energy of personal revelation, when shared openly, honestly, with integrity, love and in service to all, energetically supports those in roles of leadership – government, finance, corporations – who have the challenging task of disclosure at hand. Even one small revelation of truth to a friend can support this energy. That’s you revealing you to another person; the microcosm of large organizations coming forward and revealing the truth.
Reevaluate your own interests: Are they in alignment with the highest interest of the planet, humanity, kingdoms, elementals? Face the fear of disclosure in your own lifestream in order to support a quickening of those dynamics on a planetary level. Everyone is involved in disclosure; it is not us versus them. Disclosure and reevaluation have been delayed by the collective decision to hide secrets or tell half-truths.
Light-ground *coming out* speeches for your government representatives or key players. How would you present what needs to be said? How would you infuse those words with compassion, in the highest interests of all concerned? What revelations could come to light without creating chaos? Try this, it is a great exercise in Divine Neutrality. Write it down, share it. It creates the energy of movement toward disclosure, and ideas for how to handle the fallout.
Those of us working alongside the higher realms understand that we are creating the most complimentary Shift for everyone. We understand that the idea of change is still very scary to most of the population. Change this energy. Shift the collective consciousness to revelation, disclosure, and reevaluation of systems, by actively choosing to reveal your own truth, personal truths, engaging in acts of forgiveness and personal clemency.
New Paradigm Alignment
As we enter the holiday season, be sure to align your purchases, activities, and social interactions with the new acceleration. Money is energy, and maintains a powerful vibration for many upon this planet. When this energy is applied with positive intention, it Shifts the flow to a higher vibration. For we Ascend and descend continually word by word, thought by thought. Ascension is birthed from every breath, every thought, every word. The Energies of the 11:11 Portal
The energies of the 11:11 Portal are accentuated as Mother Nature becomes all she has secretly desired to be.
Allow the Pulsing of your human earth-blood and the Sound of your breath to be heard as Music.
You exist Multi-dimensionally.
All of your actions of Earth are as a centerpiece a lazy-Susan that spins as each energy surge elevates earth changing her. You are an intersection of dimensional fluxes and experiences.
All of your choices here on Earth also influence the outcomes of other stellar and bio-cellular experiences. All avenues of time and space deliver you messages, incoming and out going.
As you sit at the energy Doorway of 11:11, you will become a deciding factor.
You have been told since time began that ye are Gods in swaddling clothes. Earth is a place where those that are destined for greatness meet to play and manifest.
As you stand in this Creational portal there will be no more excuses. There will be no more victims. Everything that you do in upcoming time influences the outcome of events to be seen. Every negative thought that you have about yourself or others shifts the scales of polarity in a to and fro experience.

In the mind fields of human evolvement, there is a tendency for you to hold on to what keeps you afloat.
All 11:11 Doorways since 1992 continually intensify in accordance with Earths needs. Like one who stands in front of an automatic door walking back and forth pondering, should they enter or should they exit. You no longer have the luxury of playing with those automatic doors of expansion and contraction.
Your every word, your every thought; your every intention is received.
Octaves of what is hidden reveals itself as a scroll that is rolled out to be read in the language of the heart, not understood by the eyes.
Everything holds a Holy composition within it.
It is time to make internal peace. It is necessary before you can ever see the external peace that you so seek. Another cannot birth peace for you, only self has that ability. It is time for you to enter all that you have held secret and sacred within yourselves. Everything that you seek lives within the cellular memory and the DNA composition.
On 11:11 God will take a very deep inhale reaching deep into all of his creations. As this occurs on the out breath of the Universe a deep liberation will occur, releasing several levels of psychic, mental, and physical debris. The Universe is cleansing many layers of your being, loosening and redistributing blocks so that can easily be dismissed on the next inhale of the Creator. In other words, all that is solid and dank and dark within you is breathed loving and exquisitely by the prime creator back into itself. The angers that have been keeping you down and stagnant will be lifted.
The reason for the heaviness of self as of late has to do with the many portions of you that have gathered as a depository. They migrate to a magnetic point in your physical body. From this magnetic point, they will exit and be sent to Prime Creator. Not only will this be experienced within the physical body, but it will also be experienced within the planetary body, the planetary emotional body, and the planetary memory body. For Earth herself will be lifted out of the ever clinging memory of the tar pit of death and annihilation that has happened throughout time. The Prime Creator, the Universe will escort this back into original source to be purified recycled and used again.
The Prime Creator is taking the thickness of the energies and birthing new universes. He/She/They run a little bit short on the very fabric of livingness and the atomic structure of what has been created. So He/She/They take from the stockpile of humanness and earth, the thickest and darkest of all and bring it into a formation that is beyond your measure of beauty.
With this knowing allow this coagulation to happen within your body. You may have pains that come and go in the body, in the heart memories, in the heaviness of all emotion, but it gathers to be birthed anew into a new universe. So the very fabric of your being and all that you have been through time after time as well as all Mother Earth has endured, will be birthed into beautiful cellular structures of baby light and beginning life in another part of God, and you will be part of that.
As a gift for allowing all of this to take place (as if you needed a gift for releasing all of this thick emotional debris) you will be lifted several levels of light towards Ascension. This will be equal to climbing a mountain of 5500 feet and looking over your world with a gentle knowing and a heavenly appreciation of everything that has brought you to be who you are now.
It takes more molecules to create anger, than it does a joy. It takes more molecules to hold disease within a body than it does to heal it. All that is holy is very light and non-fattening. I ask you to allow the Creator to breathe you in deeply. Feel yourself being lifted by this holy breath. Allow the out breath to bring you into the expansion that you so seek.
As all of this is happening you may find a lightness of head and vertigo of nature. You may find emotional surges come forth to you in great tears and fears. You will feel the presence of the holy ones as they stand by your side. You will be alleviated of what has stuck to your soul as tar and feathers for so many existences.

AA Gabriel´s Inspiration of the Week ~ Ground Excess Energy

Ground any excess energy, such as fear or anger, into the earth, then bring an open heart into the present moment.
Until late 1988 I was not even aware of the concept of grounding. If anyone had brought it to my attention, I would have asked, "Why?" My life was focused in the upper realms of the Divine, and the Earth held very little interest. That is until something bothered me, and then my emotions would engage and I would be very upset at the way my life on Earth was appearing in that moment.
When my counselor suggested the need to ground my thoughts and emotional states, it became clear that I really never felt safe to be in my body. This was a revelation of sorts. I had never felt "at home" on the planet and was sure that I did not fit in here at all. Like the story of the missing zygote in Women Who Run with the Wolves, I was sure there had been some mistake and I had landed here by accident. At the very least, I did not believe that my Soul had planned that this Earth, with all its darkness and challenges, was the one I volunteered to incarnate into.
Still, I paid attention to the advice I was given and began to do safety affirmations. "It's safe to be on the planet. It's safe to be who I truly am. It's safe to live in my Truth." Those helped tremendously, but it was not until I started to incorporate the grounding process into my daily spiritual practice, that life began to change more dramatically.
I found that the process of grounding the excess energy I was experiencing brought me immediate relief from the anxiety-producing sensation of having my finger in an electrical socket. The most surprising thing I discovered was that the more I embodied my spiritual life in my physical body the happier I became.
I noticed that I could feel nurturing energy running up my legs from the Earth, and the base of my spine felt more free and open. Two side benefits also occurred that I was not expecting.
One is that my body has a natural wisdom that can really assist my process in the world and alert me when I need to pay attention. For most people that will seem obvious, but for many energetically-sensitive souls, it has been too painful to fully inhabit our physical bodies. This left my personality and small physical being to take care of the task of life which she was woefully unprepared to do.
The second thing that helped me love this process was learning that when I am grounded in my body, my heart immediately feels more open and I am more at peace inside.
There are some that say we should not ground our negative energy into the Earth, that she has enough problems already. My experience, however, is that the Mother of the Earth does not judge our energy as negative or positive. It is just "energy," and as such has great value. When we confer energy onto the planet, we are blessing her. This is especially true if it is our intention.
Meditation on a Tree - mp3 There are many exercises and wonderful visualizations for grounding energy, including my Meditation on a Tree. In this guided meditation, we use the analogy of tree roots spreading below our feet to create a grounded base for us to live from. Trees are beautiful demonstrations for us of being strong in our core, open in our upper centers to receive Divine Light, and grounded in our root system so we can bring our divinity to Earth.

For many years I have also used the Golden Pillar of Light from our connection to Source energy above the head flowing down below the feet in a powerfully whole visualization that demonstrates our attributes as a blended being bridging Heaven and Earth.
Once we have an intention to ground any excess energy we are experiencing, something as simple as slowing down our breath and placing our hands on our heart will bring us back into our body awareness, where we can be more resourceful in dealing with life.
Grounding allows us to integrate the new frequencies and learn powerful ways to stay connected to Source energy in every area of our lives. The intensity of the energy frequencies we are all experiencing from the sun, as well as all that is transpiring on the earth, is having an impact on our nervous systems. We need to be able to detach from the high level of emotionality that is all around us and feel more present in our bodies in order to be more peaceful.
We are here to spiritualize our lives so there is no separation between our heart and mind. This allows us to bring spirituality more profoundly into our work and into our relationships. When you ground any excess energy that is causing you to feel anxious or over-emotional, you can come back very quickly into your heart. The resourcefulness that you create will be able to establish a deeper place of peace and harmony within you that is incredibly practical.
Most of the people reading this information have chosen to be in this life to bring a deeper connection to the realms of divinity and blend those aspects of Self into the fullness of their humanity. With every choice we make to bring Spirit into matter and be present with the wisdom of the Earth, we are affecting the world around us in beautiful ways. Each person grounding their deeply spiritual intention for life affects hundreds of thousands of people.
Finally I have realized that it is to introduce ways of living in the Spirit while being in a physical body that I believe my Soul planned for me to do here on Earth. Since 2012 I have begun to feel "at home" in a very new way. Who knew it would take more than 60 years! I love the new energies and recognize that my heart holds the key connection to being able to create the world we love to live in, have Beauty and Well-being active within and around us, and to be deeply fulfilled and happy.
When we are fully grounding our spiritual connection into our physical bodies, we become a powerful force for Love on the planet. From that place, miracles occur naturally.

Dear One,
Grounding excess energy means being aware that any time you are feeling anxious, angry, fearful or over-excited, you are experiencing excess energy in your body which can be consciously redirected. This energy is very potent and can be used in a constructive way.
A metaphor might be useful. In electrical terms, it is necessary to have something called the "ground." For instance, in a house there is a grounding wire which connects to the earth so electricity flows in the proper circuits. It is similar with your body. You are receiving energy from the Divine Source at all times. There are perfect channels in your body for the energy to flow through. If you are not grounded, that is, if you are so caught up in your mental activity that you are not consciously aware of your connection to the earth, this energy can flow into channels that may feel uncomfortable. It can then circulate through your nervous system, over-stimulating your mind and causing anxiety and other mental imbalances. When you notice yourself feeling upset and anxious, it is very helpful to remember that you have feet as well as a head.
Practice
Your feet are in touch with the earth, a place of bountiful supply and nourishing energy. When you are aware of the earth's presence, you feel supported and nurtured. You can visualize energy leaving your feet or from the base of your spine like moving beams of light into the earth. This will allow the excess electrical energy in your mind to dissipate.
It is also important to calm your emotional body. Just as the mental body is electric, the emotional body is magnetic. This means that your emotions have the power to attract to you what you are experiencing through the Law of Attraction. Many times what you attract is the opposite of what you think you want to have in your life. It is important to ground these excess emotions as well. On the electrical beam that grounds into the earth, you can wind a coil for the magnetic energy of your emotions. With your intention, you can send these excess emotions into the earth.
If you have trees, mountains or bodies of water near you, it can be useful to see these as places to ground excess energy. You can visualize light beams radiating from your feet, powerful light cords from the base of your spine, or pillars of light from heaven to earth; whatever image suits you. This is a very simple but powerful tool for you to use.
As you become more aware of this grounding process, you will begin to be more present in the moment. Being present means bringing an open heart to wherever you are and whatever situation is challenging you at the time. When your heart is open you are able to make decisions from a place of love and not fear. As more people do this, the consciousness of the whole planet is raised. As more minds are consciously connected to the One Mind, all are blessed and can live more freely in love and peace.
You can be a part of this peace-filled evolution with the choices you make every day. Choose to live in love, not fear. Notice when you are running anxiety or anger through your body and are feeling "over-amped." Take the time to send this excess energy into the earth with a prayer, asking to experience only love. Know that all on earth are blessed when one person chooses to open his or her heart in love to another. Know the earth is blessed when you give energy to her, so in turn, all will be blessed as this great planet gives back in sustenance and life.
